Today is a morning lift day, so I woke up at a dark, foggy 5:45 am! I had a bowl of Frosted Flakes with soy milk before heading out the door to pump some iron. After, I rushed to my 7:45 class.
After Spanish class, I went to my house to jump in the shower and rinse off and have a post workout snack! Rice cake with apple butter and raisins on top. YUM 🙂 I had coffee as well. Double yum.
After my second class, I came home to a delicious, nutritious lunch. I had two eggs with spinach and an apple.
I spent most of the afternoon in the library, then practice at 4:30. We did some repetitions up a slight incline outside. It was warm enough to run in shorts and a t-shirt! Such weird weather this fall. I must admit that my tummy was hurting a bit, and I thought it might have been my digestive problems reemerging. I stuck to Frosted Flakes for dinner, with half of a cinnamon raisin bagel thin and peanut butter. It was satisfying I must say.
I’ll be in bed early tonight. I have class tomorrow morning and I need to get that rest!

OH, PS…. Totally almost forgot! My first race back went AMAZING! The 800 was delightful, and the 4×4 was just as good if not better. So happy to be back! Also, I promised a picture of my tattoo. Please excuse the side boob!
