I finally have time to blog! Holy busy life.
I’m taking on the blogging world. I’m going to give you a play by play on my everyday life which includes a ton of running and a ton of eating! I am on a college track team and plan to share all of my running experiences and how I nourish those with the good calories.
I find this somewhat contradictory considering in college it’s not uncommon to gain that freshmen 15 followed by reckless decisions. I actually DID gain the freshmen 15. Well, more like the freshmen 12, but you get the point. I’ve lost all of that weight, gained a pound here and there, and lost it again. I’m at a point now where I’m a great weight and just need to maintain.

Much more muscle tone. But 10-12 lbs lighter! I still have those chubby cheeks. They never go away! Ah!
I hope you all will enjoy the journey we’re about to take together and I hope to offer you some more than just a great read. I hope to help you see some healthy options for a college student. I exercise rigorously 5 to 6 times a week, and calorie intake is important. Quality, not quantity!
